Job summary

Marks & Spencer Plc is seeking a frontline fill operations colleague to lead the daily fill process on a busy sales floor. You will coordinate resources to ensure the store is ready to trade, manage tasks during shifts, and support the Colleague Manager in their absence.

In this role you will drive productivity, ensure a quick payment experience for customers, and maintain a clean, safe and well-presented store.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation, coordinating resources to deliver a ready-for-trade salesfloor.
• Coordinate tasks during the fill operation and in the absence of the Colleague Manager.
• Coach colleagues on One Best Way and drive productivity for store opening readiness.
• Allocate labour to deliver a quick payment experience for customers.
• Ensure daily operational processes are implemented efficiently across the area at the correct times.
• Coordinate the team to deliver a clean, safe and well-presented store.
• Contribute to a great team atmosphere and inclusivity.
• Model excellent customer service and uphold M&S behaviours and Colleague Expectations.
• Support nearby stores if required and act as a key holder for opening/closing duties.
