Junior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role |

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, leading and inspiring your team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and coaching their team to uphold high standards
• Enjoys managing the kitchen line and planning shifts for optimal coverage
• Has knowledge of food safety, health and safety standards, and understands kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Loves celebrating team successes and recognizes individual drivers
