Job summary

Quest Employment is seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor to join a fast-paced food production team. The depot prepares, packages and quality-checks fresh, chilled and frozen foods for customers nationwide.

You will lead a team, manage resources, uphold food safety and quality standards, support stock control and production records, and help build a positive, inclusive culture in a temperature-controlled environment around 4°C.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in production environments.
• Familiar with food safety and quality standards.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team to deliver daily production targets.
• Manage resources to ensure products prepared accurately, on time.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, quality and health & safety.
