• Lead a team on the shift to achieve KPIs and meet customer expectations.

• Schedule tasks, monitor performance, provide feedback.
• Handle day-to-day queries and liaise with HR/Training teams.
• Maintain accurate production and safety records and analyse data for improvements.
• Ensure Health & Safety and Food Safety standards are met.
