Job summary

Sysco GB Seafood CPU Depot in Bicester, Oxfordshire is seeking a Food Warehouse Supervisor to join as a full-time permanent role. You will oversee preparation, packaging and checking of chilled and frozen seafood, with a focus on accuracy and timely distribution to caterers nationwide.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food production or kitchen environment would be advantageous.
• Basic food safety knowledge is desirable.
• Computer savvy with ability to keep stock records for audit purposes.

Responsibilities

• Manage resources to efficiently produce CPU Production on a daily basis.
• Ensure production is accurate, complete and on time while upholding food safety and health & safety policies.
• Lead and support cross-functional priorities and relationships to meet business targets and metrics.
