Job summary

Greencore Group is seeking a Product Development Manager (17-month FTC) in Northampton. You will steer bold ideas from spark to shelf, driving multiple projects with customers and internal teams to deliver future-facing food concepts.

You will own development briefs, manage timelines, and lead cross-functional collaboration with technologists, buyers and external partners while mentoring junior team members.

• Significant experience in product development within food manufacturing.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple briefs and critical paths.
• Confident, collaborative communicator with influence at all levels.
