Job summary

Greencore in London is seeking a Product Development Manager to lead bold new ideas from concept to launch in our fast-moving meals business. You will drive multiple projects at pace, shaping concepts that excite customers and energise teams.

You will work closely with customers and internal technologists to deliver our future of food agenda, manage timelines, mentor developers, and help the team stay ahead of trends with a strong commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product development within food manufacturing.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple briefs and the critical path.
• Confident, collaborative communicator with ability to influence at all levels.
• Creative thinker with strong commercial awareness and passion for food.
• Natural leader who can inspire, challenge, and drive progress.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of development briefs from concept through to launch, ensuring timely delivery.
• Managing the critical path and driving progress across multiple workstreams.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, technologists and buyers.
• Bringing strategic insight and forward-thinking to future development plans.
• Encouraging innovation, creativity and excellence in every product delivered.
• Leading with influence, ensuring clarity and momentum across the team.
• Mentoring technologists and developers to grow and succeed.
