Qualifikationen

• Proven track record of leading and coaching teams to high standards.
• Experience managing performance, absence and disciplinary matters.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced retail or hospitality setting.
• Ability to deliver KPIs across sales, stock availability, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership in dynamic, customer-facing environments.

Aufgaben

• Role modelling and coaching for high standards and efficiency across the whole food hall.
• Managing compliance to processes with passion for shopkeeping and customer service.
• Ensure customers get the food they want and shopping remains the first choice.
• People management including performance, capability, disciplinaries, scheduling and pay.
• Occasional overall responsibility for running the store with direction and support for colleagues.
