Sainsbury’s Group is seeking an experienced food store manager to lead daily operations in a busy food hall. You will coach teams, uphold high service standards and drive performance to meet business KPIs, while ensuring compliance and strong customer focus.

You will manage performance and SLAs, schedule shifts and handle disciplinary matters as needed, stepping up to run store operations when required and guiding colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Formación

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Proven ability to coach and develop customer-centred teams.
• Track record of achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Experience managing disciplinaries and employee relations fairly.
• Strong leadership in high-volume store operations.
• Ability to inspire teams and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Role modelling and coaching for high standards and efficiency across the whole food hall.
• Managing compliance to processes while delivering great shopkeeping and customer service.
• Ensure customers get the food they want and make us the first choice for food.
• People management including performance, disciplinaries, scheduling and pay accuracy.
• Occasionally assume overall responsibility for running the store and directing colleagues to deliver for the customer.
