Marks & Spencer is hiring a Customer Assistant in our Food section to be at the frontline of UK’s fastest-growing retailer. You’ll deliver five-star service, know our Food range, and adapt quickly with a positive, can-do attitude.

You’ll work in a fast-paced team, use Sparks App and in-store devices to assist customers, and be flexible to cover shifts across departments, especially during busy Christmas periods.

Qualifications

• Frontline customer service experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high customer demand
• Ability to adapt to different store areas and shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide five-star service and product recommendations to customers
• Sell and merchandise food products to meet customer needs
• Work across store areas, staying flexible to changing retail requirements
