Job summary

Snozone Holdings Limited is seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Team Members to join our hospitality team on a fixed term seasonal contract. You will deliver excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment, taking orders, serving food and drinks, handling payments, and maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues to provide efficient service during busy periods, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent) are required.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide the best possible welcome to guests and members.
• Engage with guests to explain benefits and assist with bookings.
• Record deliveries and verify against delivery receipts; report discrepancies.
• Keep tables and chairs clean and neatly arranged for the next guest.
• Stock fridges and display units; follow company guidelines.
• Assist with stock taking and audits as directed by the F&B Manager.
• Assist guests with kiosks when required.
• Act as children’s party host and coordinate events.

Job description

We are seeking enthusiastic and guest-focused Food & Beverage Team Members to join our hospitality team on a fixed term seasonal contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced food and beverage environment, ensuring guests receive a welcoming and enjoyable experience. Duties include taking orders, serving food and drinks, operating tills, handling payments, preparing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to provide efficient service during busy periods while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to guest service, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience in hospitality, catering, retail, or customer service is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. Responsibilities

• Provide all our guests and members with the best possible welcome.
• Engage with our guests and members, positively and affirmatively always, explaining the benefits of higher yielding products and activities before making future bookings.
• Ensure all deliveries are recorded and checked against delivery receipt for accuracy; report any discrepancies to the Manager on duty for resolution.
• Ensure tables and chairs are always clean and neatly arranged ready for the next guest.
• Check fridges and display units are always stocked appropriately throughout the day following company guidelines.
• Undertake and assist with stock taking and audit as directed by Food & Beverage Manager.
• Assist our guests and members with the kiosks when required.
• Act as children’s party host to ensure that the event is well planned and coordinated.

• Possesses a very committed and diligent working style.
• Has strong implementation skills
