Job summary

Snozone is seeking enthusiastic Ski and Snowboard Instructors for a fixed-term seasonal contract from October to February 2027. Deliver high-quality lessons, assess participant ability, and promote safety on the slopes.

You will provide excellent guest service, help learners progress, and adhere to Snozone’s brand standards. Ideal candidates hold BASI Level 1 or equivalent and GCSEs, show strong communication skills, and are passionate about teaching.

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent required.
• BASI Level 1 or equivalent qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skiing/snowboarding coaching to guests of all ages and abilities.
• Provide accurate information about Snozone products and memberships.
• Promote Snozone Memberships and encourage repeat bookings after lessons.
• Maintain safety standards and high-quality lesson delivery.

Job description

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Ski and Snowboard Instructors to join our team and deliver safe, engaging, and high-quality lessons to guests of all ages and abilities on a fixed term seasonal contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering lessons and sessions in line with Snozone’s Brand Standards, assessing participants' skill levels, promoting safe practices on the slopes, and creating a positive and enjoyable learning environment. You will provide excellent guest service, encourage confidence and progression in learners, and ensure all activities comply with safety standards and operating procedures. The ideal candidate will hold a recognised ski or snowboard instructor qualification, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have a passion for teaching and coaching. If you are energetic, dependable, and committed to helping others develop their skills and enjoyment of snow sports, we would love to hear from you.

Snozone are offering seasonal contracts starting in October through to February 2027.

Responsibilities

To deliver the highest standard of coaching for all our guests.

To provide accurate information about our products.

Engage guests in the value and rewards of the Snozone Membership.

To encourage all guests to book again, immediately after undertaking a lesson or coaching session.

The Person

• A highly motivated individual who demonstrates outstanding communication skills.
• A commercial operator who is professional and can provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Possesses a very committed and diligent working style.
• Has strong implementation skills

Qualifications

A good standard of GCSEs (or equivalent)

BASI Level 1 or equivalent qualification.
