Job summary

Foxhills Collection in Ottershaw, Surrey, is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations across our restaurant, bar and banqueting venues. You will mentor staff, uphold service standards and contribute to guest satisfaction in a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in F&B, preferably hotel or upscale restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar and banqueting facilities
• Supervise and motivate staff to ensure excellent service and adherence to standards
• Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing coaching
• Monitor inventory, order supplies and ensure proper storage/handling of food and beverages
• Handle guest inquiries and requests in a professional and proactive manner
• Collaborate with management to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
