Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to ensure exceptional service delivery and adherence to company standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow and timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and proactive manner.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage restaurant budgets and expenses.
