Job summary

Foxhills Collection in Surrey invites applications for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations across our restaurant, bar and events facilities. You will coach staff, maintain service standards and upsell menu items to guests and members.

With a focus on guest satisfaction, you will work closely with management, monitor inventory, ensure health and safety compliance, and help drive revenue through exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar and events facilities
• Greet and engage members, guests and colleagues in a welcoming manner
• Supervise and motivate staff to ensure excellent service and adherence to standards
• Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing coaching
• Monitor inventory, order supplies and ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverages
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally
• Collaborate with management to boost guest satisfaction and revenue
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials and beverages to upsell
• Ensure front and back of house cleanliness and health compliance

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, including the restaurant, bar, and event facilities
• Greet and speak to members, guests and colleagues in a friendly, welcoming and genuine way, creating a welcoming environment at all times.
• Supervise and motivate food and beverage staff to ensure excellent service delivery and adherence to company standards
• Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverages
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and proactive manner
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
• Maintain a current knowledge of menu items, specials and beverages in order you may provide an informed service to guests, and upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure front and back of house areas are kept clean, tidy and adhere to health & safety requirements.
