Job summary

Foxhills Collection is seeking a Food and Beverage Conference Supervisor in Ottershaw, Surrey, to lead daily conference operations and ensure rooms and equipment meet function sheets. You will supervise the team, coach newcomers, manage stock, and deliver outstanding guest service while upholding brand standards.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a hotel or conference and events environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily conference operations; including ensuring rooms and equipment are set up as per function sheets, meeting guests and delegates, replenishing beverages and supplies and being on hand for any assistance
• Supervise and motivate the team to ensure excellent service delivery and adherence to company standards
• Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverages
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and proactive manner
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
