Job summary

Seaham Hall is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our luxury dining team in Seaham Hall, County Durham. You will support the Restaurant Manager, lead floor service, and work with Kitchen and F&B teams to deliver a memorable 5-star guest experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in hospitality, excellent customer service, and confidence with systems such as Microsoft Office and Simphony EPOS. Full-time, 40+ hours per week, weekends and bank holidays required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality (restaurant and/or bar).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold 5-star service standards.
• Proficient with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Simphony EPOS.
• Own transport due to location.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, personalised service throughout the guest dining experience.
• Anticipate and respond to special requests professionally.
• Assist with the cleanliness and organisation of all working areas.
• Actively upsell menu items, including starters, desserts, and beverages.
• Attend work consistently well-groomed and in full uniform.
• Participate in training and develop strong menu knowledge to confidently guide guests.
• Comprehensive in-house training as part of induction.
• Clear progression opportunities for the right candidate.

The Role

As Food &Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Restaurant Manager and working closely with the Kitchenand Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service and consistently highstandards. You will lead by example on the floor, ensuring every guest enjoys amemorable 5-star dining experience.
