Job summary

VEGA at YOTEL Glasgow is seeking a Breakfast Supervisor to lead a vibrant morning service and ensure a welcoming guest experience.

Working with the Venue Management team, you will manage a small crew during service, coordinate opening duties, and ensure smooth, high-quality breakfast operations from 6am or 7am start in Glasgow.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team during service in a fast-paced venue.
• Experience working in high-volume venue operations.
• Availability for early morning shifts (6am/7am).

Job description

We are looking for a Breakfast Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for someone who loves to create a welcoming & inviting experience for all our guests. Working with the Venue Management team, you will ensure that our crew & guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

You should be someone who has experience working in a high-volume venue and can demonstrate experience of managing a team during service. Early morning starts is a requirement for this role, usually 6am or 7am.
