Job summary

VEGA, located at YOTEL Glasgow, is seeking a Breakfast Supervisor to lead our breakfast team and service. You will work with the Venue Management team to deliver a welcoming experience for guests in a high-volume setting.

Ideal candidates will have experience in managing a team during service and be available for early starts around 6am or 7am, helping us maintain seamless operations seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team during service.
• Experience in a high-volume venue or restaurant.
• Flexibility with early morning shifts (6am/7am).

We are looking for a Breakfast Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for someone who loves to create a welcoming & inviting experience for all our guests. Working with the Venue Management team, you will ensure that our crew & guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

You should be someone who has experience working in a high-volume venue and can demonstrate experience of managing a team during service. Early morning starts is a requirement for this role, usually 6am or 7am.
