Job summary

VEGA at YOTEL Glasgow is seeking a Breakfast Supervisor to lead our breakfast service and crew on early shifts. You will work with the Venue Management team to deliver a welcoming experience for guests in a high-volume setting.

This role requires the ability to manage a team during service and start early, typically 6am or 7am. Based at VEGA on the top floor of YOTEL Glasgow, the venue combines bar, restaurant, bowling and events.

Job description

We are looking for a Breakfast Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for someone who loves to create a welcoming & inviting experience for all our guests. Working with the Venue Management team, you will ensure that our crew & guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

You should be someone who has experience working in a high-volume venue and can demonstrate experience of managing a team during service. Early morning starts is a requirement for this role, usually 6am or 7am.
