The Hoxton Holborn is hiring a Floor Manager to lead service for our vibrant restaurant and bar in Holborn. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, manage reservations, and ensure top-tier guest experiences in a busy, seasonal menu environment.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service instinct and ability to read guests' needs.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Solid understanding of hospitality basics and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the restaurant and bar areas comply with health & safety for each shift.
• Lead daily team briefings and coordinate the reservations system.
• Draft floor plan based on expected covers and events.
• Assist with stock management for food & beverage and adjust menus as needed.
• Support AGM and GM with stock counts and ordering.
• Lead training on wine, food, and beverage menus.
• Handle cash and provide daily revenue reports.
• Oversee service on the floor and bar, ensuring smooth operations.
• Safely open and close the restaurant and maintain security.
• Collaborate with culinary team on menus and product availability.
