You will oversee reservations, service flow and end-of-day handovers, while maintaining high standards and clear communication among staff.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising hospitality teams or senior floor staff.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Confident coordinating a team and leading by example.

Responsabilités

• Review daily reservations and important guest information.
• Coordinate daily briefings.
• Oversee floor setup and service.
• Train, support, motivate and guide staff.
• Handle guest enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Conduct floor walkarounds.
• Support event operations and ticketing as needed.
