Job summary

The Hoxton Holborn, located at 199-206 High Holborn, London, is seeking an outgoing Apartment Host to deliver memorable guest experiences and support Events spaces managed by Sales and F&B. You’ll be the welcoming face, handle requests, and ensure the space is well prepared for meetings and gatherings.

Qualifications

• Front of House experience in a busy hospitality environment.
• Genuine passion for delivering welcoming guest experiences.
• Positive attitude, organised and able to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Provide a genuinely welcoming guest experience from first contact to departure.
• Act as gatekeeper for meeting room logistics and guest needs.
• Maintain and set up meeting spaces, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
• Coordinate food & beverage service within the space and support events.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure smooth guest experiences throughout stay.
