Job summary

Titanic Hotel Belfast is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of the F&B outlet operation within this luxury Belfast hotel. You will lead a team, manage costs, drive guest satisfaction and coordinate menus, beverage and wine lists in line with brand standards.

As part of the leadership team, you will develop training, calendars of events, and operating procedures to ensure peak performance and guest experience across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Managerial experience.
• Hospitality experience.
• Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage the functioning of all Food and Beverage employees, facilities, sales and costs to maximise departmental profit.
• Coordinates and supervises pricing and preparation of menus, beverage and wine lists.
• Controls and analyses costs to optimise quality, service, and efficiency.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain high standards of product quality and service.
• Implements daily, weekly and monthly checklists for all Food and Beverage outlets.
• Plans events and promotions and conducts regular departmental meetings.
