Job summary

Titanic Hotel Belfast is seeking an experienced Assistant Reservations Manager to lead day-to-day reservations operations and supervise the reservations team. You will take ownership of accurate handling and conversion of individual and group enquiries, supporting revenue strategy and delivering excellent guest service.

Based at the Titanic Quarter, this role requires strong leadership, knowledge of Opera Cloud or similar PMS, and a passion for upselling while protecting the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day reservations operation, allocating workloads and monitoring response times while ensuring all systems and audit requirements are completed.
• Set and monitor service standards for the reservations team and handle escalated guest and client enquiries, ensuring accurate, timely communications.
• Coach and develop the reservations team and Group Reservations Agent with clear objectives and feedback to improve performance.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Opera Cloud and other hotel systems to keep accurate reservations records, rates and inventory.
