Titanic Hotel Belfast is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to lead bar and dining operations while delivering outstanding guest and team member experiences. You will manage, train and develop staff and work within budgeted payroll guidelines.

Key responsibilities include driving sales, collaborating on menu development with the Food & Beverage team, and ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards.

Competenze

• Right to work in the UK.
• Experience in hospitality is desirable.
• Familiarity with licensing, health and safety, and food handling regulations is preferred.
