Job summary

The Novotel Wolverhampton is seeking a Food & Beverage Multi Skilled General Assistant to join our casual, part-time team. The role supports dining operations in a busy hotel, with shifts including breakfast and dinner/bar, 20 to 30 hours per week.

You will greet customers, take and deliver orders, maintain dining area cleanliness, and follow food safety guidelines. Previous restaurant/bar experience is beneficial, but not essential; strong hospitality and teamwork are key.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant/bar experience is an advantage, but not essential.
• Strong serving skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
• Excellent hospitality and guest service abilities.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and card transactions.
• Effective time management to handle busy shifts.
• Culinary experience is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Breakfast: 6am start, Dinner/Bar 5pm start. Working mid-week and weekends.
