Novotel Birmingham Centre on Broad Street is recruiting for casual, zero-hours Food & Beverage Team Members to join a busy hotel team delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Join Novotel Birmingham Centre as a Food & Beverage Team Member and become part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are currently recruiting for three casual, zero-hours positions, offering up to £12.73 per hour, excellent employee benefits and opportunities to develop your hospitality career.

We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Food & Beverage team. Located on Broad Street in Birmingham city centre, Novotel Birmingham Centre is a busy hotel serving business travellers, conference delegates, event attendees and leisure guests throughout the year.

The Position

As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you'll play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences across the hotel's restaurant, bar and event spaces. From breakfast service through to evening dining and conferences, you'll help deliver outstanding hospitality while ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout the guest journey.

This is a varied, hands-on role offering the opportunity to gain experience across multiple areas of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
• Serving food and beverages during breakfast, lunch and dinner service
• Preparing and serving drinks in the hotel bar
• Assisting with the setup, service and clearing of meetings, conferences and banqueting events
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards across all Food & Beverage areas
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide a seamless guest experience
• Supporting the wider hotel team during busy periods and special events

About You

We're looking for friendly and reliable team players who enjoy working with people and thrive in a busy hospitality environment.

You’ll have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering great service. Previous Food & Beverage experience would be beneficial, but just as important is a willingness to learn, work as part of a team and consistently go the extra mile for guests.

As this is a casual, zero-hours position, you’ll need to be flexible with your availability and able to work a variety of shifts to support the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
