Job summary

Holiday Inn High Wycombe in High Wycombe is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant on an occasional casual basis to deliver warm, guest-focused service in our dining areas.

You will assist in food and beverage service, maintain cleanliness, handle guest inquiries, help with events, and support the team across shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
