You will develop menus, manage inventory and budgets, monitor health and safety, analyze sales data, and collaborate with marketing and sales to promote the hotel’s F&B offerings. Strong leadership and communication are essential, reflecting our brand standards.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a similar role at a 4* property.
• Deep understanding of food and beverage industry standards, best practices and trends.
• First class communication and strong organisational skills.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience and living through brand standards.
• Coffee or barista training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations.
• Recruit, manage staff, ensure high levels of customer service, develop menus, maintain inventory and budgets, and enforce health and safety regulations.
• Monitor industry trends, analyse sales and financial reports, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel's F&B offerings.
