A fantastic opportunity for a Food & Beverage Manager to join us at Kimpton Clocktower, in the iconic The Refuge Restaurant and Bar!

You will work alongside other Food & Beverage Managers, reporting to the Senior F&B Manager and the R&B General Manager, and will manage/supervise shifts at The Refuge!

You will earn £15.38 per hour, which totals approximately £32,000.00 salary + service charge.

Our Food & Beverage Managers support the Senior F&B Manager and the R&B General Manager in running The Refuge team effectively and efficiently, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining high standards to exceed guest expectations.

They communicate internally within The Refuge team and externally with the wider hotel and local community to ensure personalized and exceptional guest experiences.

To succeed as our Food & Beverage Manager, you will need:

• Food & Beverage duty management and team leadership experience for 2+ years in a hotel of similar size and standard.
• Ability to supervise large meetings, weddings, social events, or oversee service across all meal periods, including bar service.
• A desire to learn about critical issues, technology, and trends in hotel food and beverage.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and mentor your team.
