Job Description

Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. The role oversees the hotels Restaurant, Racing Bar, Foyer Bar, Afternoon Tea provision and a Meetings & Event department with ability to cater for up to 250 people for dinner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, including menu planning, stock management, staff training, and financial performance. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. You will work closely with the kitchen brigade, front-of-house staff, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive guest experience. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, managing client relationships, and implementing cost control measures.
