A day in the life of an F&B Manager:

  • Assist in leading premium service operations, maintaining high standards and inspiring teams through visible leadership.
  • Champion a strong health & safety culture, ensuring personal accountability and team compliance.
  • Ensure operational efficiency by streamlining processes, overseeing documentation, and supporting reporting on performance and KPIs.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences across all premium areas, both on match days and non-match days.
  • Support allergen awareness and training, ensuring accurate information in collaboration with the culinary team.
  • Identify training needs and deliver hands-on coaching in service, product knowledge, food handling, upselling, and till system use.
  • Foster clear communication and a collaborative culture across the premium team.
  • Engage proactively with guests and clients, responding to feedback and driving continuous improvement.
  • Create and deliver impactful pre-event briefs that are engaging, informative, and focused on compliance and safety.

You'll be set up for success if you have:

  • A passionate change-maker who champions bold ideas and progressive thinking to drive transformation.
  • A confident, charismatic leader with excellent communication skills and proven experience managing diverse restaurant and business operations.
  • Strong passion for food and a natural flair for hospitality.
  • Calm, resilient, and adaptable—skilled in problem-solving and able to lead or collaborate as needed.
  • Solid expertise in F&B efficiency, cost control, and financial analysis.
