Key responsibilities:

• Create a warm welcome and set the tone for each guest’s experience.
• Present meals that delight visually and tastefully.
• Provide memorable service across various outlets including Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, and Meetings & Events, with your own signature flair.
• Know your menus and ingredients, including allergens, and be prepared to answer guest questions.
• Prepare and serve drinks to high standards, considering guest preferences.
• Identify VIP guests and provide exceptional service.
• Act as Duty Manager for the property.
• Manage stock take and ordering (may be delegated).
• Handle recruitment, induction, training, rotas, and performance reviews for the Food & Beverage team.
