We have an opening for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at De Vere Tortworth Court in Wotton-under-Edge.

As the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will help oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s dining areas and bars, providing high-quality food and beverage experiences to all guests. You will monitor and review monthly sales performance and service standards while leading, training, and supporting the waiting team.

• Experience managing multiple food and beverage operations, with a service-oriented approach and a passion for high standards and memorable experiences
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a team
• Organized, flexible, and able to work well under pressure
