Job summary

RB Holdings, renowned for luxury private clubs in London, seeks a Front of House Director to lead member-facing operations across The Marcus and future venues. You will drive service excellence, oversee budgets and labor planning, and shape guest experiences at the highest level.

Key to success will be building a high-performing Concierge team, developing service strategies, and maintaining exceptional standards to attract and retain private members in a sophisticated, evolving club environment.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs or five-star hotels.
• Proven track record leading Front of House, Guest Relations or Member Services teams.
• Experience managing budgets, labour costs and operational performance.
• Experience opening or launching luxury venues is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Front of House operations to deliver an exceptional member and guest experience.
• Drive service excellence, member satisfaction and retention through high standards and personalised service.
• Develop and implement Front of House strategies aligned with the Club’s vision and objectives.
• Oversee performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve service delivery and efficiency.

This is an exciting time to join RB Holdings. As we prepare to launch The Marcus in Summer 2027, we are seeking an exceptional Front of House Director to lead all member-facing operations and deliver a world-class experience across the Club.

The key responsibilities of our FOH Director will be:

• Lead all Front of House operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional member and guest experience across the Club.
• Drive service excellence, member satisfaction and retention through consistently high standards and personalised service.
• Develop and implement Front of House strategies aligned with the Club's vision, culture and business objectives.
• Oversee operational performance, continuously identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
• Manage departmental budgets, labour planning and key performance metrics to support commercial success.
• Build and lead a high-performing Concierge team, overseeing recruitment, onboarding and development.
• Lead and develop Front of House teams, driving service excellence, accountability and engagement.

Experience and qualities required to be our FOH Director include:
