RB Holdings, behind London's 5 Hertford Street and other premier venues, seeks an exceptional Food & Beverage Director to lead and shape all food, beverage and hospitality operations. You will drive an ambitious strategy across restaurants, bars, lounges and private dining spaces, elevating member experiences and financial performance.

Ideal candidates bring significant luxury-hospitality leadership, proven multi-outlet F&B success, and a strong track record in budgeting, forecasting and P&L

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional standards across restaurants, bars, lounges and private dining spaces.
• Develop and deliver an innovative Food & Beverage strategy that strengthens the Club's reputation and market position.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and operational efficiency through effective financial and commercial management.
• Partner with Culinary, Beverage and Wine teams to curate outstanding dining and hospitality experiences.
• Establish and maintain best-in-class operational standards, ensuring consistency, compliance and quality across all venues.
• Monitor performance across all outlets, identifying opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction, productivity and financial results.
• Build, mentor and develop high-performing management teams, creating a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.

In Summer 2027, we will unveil The Marcus, a business club located in Mayfair. It will blend elevated dining, a state‑of‑the‑art wellness club, beautifully curated meeting and drawing rooms, and exceptional business support — all styled with the unmistakable flair that defines the Robin Birley clubs.

This is an exciting time to join RB Holdings. As we prepare to launch The Marcus in Summer 2027, we are seeking an exceptional Food & Beverage Director to lead and shape all food, beverage, and hospitality operations.

The key responsibilities of our F&B Director will be:

• Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional standards across restaurants, bars, lounges and private dining spaces.
• Develop and deliver an innovative Food & Beverage strategy that strengthens the Club's reputation and market position.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and operational efficiency through effective financial and commercial management.
