Millennium Hotels & Resorts UK is seeking a friendly, professional Restaurant Server to provide excellent service and support the smooth daily operation of our restaurant. You will help prepare for service, greet guests, take orders, and ensure every customer feels like a VIP.

The role is for 20 hours per week with an hourly salary of £12.71. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain high standards, and contribute to a positive guest experience across shift-based duties, including room

Qualificações

• Previous experience in food service or quick service is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare the restaurant for service, including mise-en-place and cleanliness.
• Greet, seat, and serve guests, ensuring fast, friendly, and efficient service.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and manage your station confidently.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and advise guests when needed.
• Follow Micros system procedures and handle billing correctly.
• Keep tables and service areas clean, tidy, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing rules at all times.
• Report any guest issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
• Support closing procedures at the end of the shift.

• Role: Food & Beverage Assistant- 20 Hours
• Hourly Salary : £ 12.71

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant for service, including mise-en-place and cleanliness.
• Greet, seat, and serve guests, ensuring fast, friendly, and efficient service.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and manage your station confidently.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of the menu and advise guests when needed.
• Follow Micros system procedures and handle billing correctly.
• Keep tables and service areas clean, tidy, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing rules at all times.
• Report any guest issues, delays, or complaints to the supervisor.
• Assist with daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
• Support closing procedures at the end of the shift.
• Maintain security of cash, stock, and your Micros key.
• Work in Room Service when required.
• Attend team meetings and participate in training.

Health & Safety

• Follow company Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards.
• Support audits, training, and safe working practices.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or a quick service & fast food restaurant is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Must follow all legal, safety, and company policies.
