Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Southampton is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to deliver exceptional guest care, addressing guest concerns promptly and collaborating with colleagues across departments to elevate the overall experience.

You will participate in training and development, follow policies and safety regulations, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive team where service excellence and proactive communication drive guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional guest care at all times
• Address guest concerns courteously and promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with colleagues in all departments to elevate the guest experience
• Operate in a safe and orderly manner, reporting hazards, accidents, losses, or damages
• Demonstrate proficiency in Leonardo Hotels product and organization
• Engage in continuous learning and skill development to maintain service excellence
• Utilise relevant systems to complete tasks timely
• Adhere to Company policies, Code of Conduct, procedures and relevant laws
