Leonardo Royal Hotel Glasgow is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Assistant - Breakfast to join our on-site team. You will greet guests, take orders, and support the service team in a busy breakfast period, ensuring a smooth start to guests’ days.

In this role you will contribute to a welcoming dining environment, work with colleagues to maintain high standards, and provide attentive service to guests in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced breakfast service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders at breakfast service.
• Serve food and beverages at the restaurant and bar.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
