Leonardo Hotel Brighton is seeking a proactive F&B Assistant to join our team in Brighton. You will provide exceptional guest care, address concerns promptly, and work closely with colleagues across departments to elevate the guest experience.

You will operate safely, learn the Leonardo Hotels product, and continually develop skills to maintain service excellence. We offer ongoing training, development opportunities, and a range of perks as part of a collaborative hospitality team.
