Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Derby is seeking a friendly F&B Assistant to deliver exceptional guest care across all hotel outlets. You’ll collaborate with colleagues, maintain safety, and support guests with a warm, proactive approach. Training through BELONG induction, guest care courses, and wellbeing programmes will help you grow within hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional guest care at all times.
• Address guest concerns courteously and promptly to ensure satisfaction.

• Utilise relevant systems to complete tasks timely.
