Job summary

Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford is looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our vibrant hotel team. You’ll be a face of the hotel, bringing warmth and friendly personality to the restaurant and bar as you greet guests and deliver first‑class hospitality.

You’ll work with a busy, energetic team, share positive energy, and build rapport with guests and colleagues. A can‑do attitude and confidence in talking to guests are key, along with participation in ongoing training and progression

Qualifications

• Guest‑facing role in hospitality with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Ability to speak with guests and team confidently.
• Willingness to participate in training and progression programmes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly service in the restaurant and bar to ensure guests have a great experience.
• Support the team with daily operations and guest care.
