Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant for casual shifts in Manchester Cathedral Quarter. You will be trained via the Dalata Academy, learn essential service skills, and grow within a friendly team.

Reporting to the F&B Manager and Operations Manager, you’ll deliver friendly, efficient service to hotel guests and support a high-volume operation. Role includes mornings, evenings, and weekends with opportunities for development through internal programmes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is essential.
• Flexibility in working hours including mornings, evenings & weekends.
• Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication.

Responsabilités

• Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly, using their names.
• Ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
• General cleaning of bar and restaurant.
• Served guests with food and beverage.

You will receive training through our Dalata Academy to help you learn important skills. You will also meet experienced team members who can help you grow.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.
