Job summary

Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor (Full-Time) for Refuge. You will support the F&B managers to ensure 5* service, handle recovery of service issues, train new staff, and manage shifts in Manager's absence. Flexibility to assist in bar and breakfast is essential.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in a restaurant, bar or hotel, a passion for guest experience, and a willingness to learn. A personal license is a plus.

We are looking for an authentic and driven Food and Beverage Supervisor (Full-Time) to join us at Refuge in Kimpton Clocktower Hotel!

What do you need to be a Food and Beverage Supervisor?

Your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting our F&B managers to ensure that the F&B department is running smoothly and that our guests are receiving 5* service throughout. You will support by dealing with any high-level service recoveries, training any of our new starts and managing your shift in the absence of an F&B manager within our restaurant. You will also be flexible to support across the bar and breakfast as and when business needs require.

So, We Are Looking For Someone Who Has…

• Availability to work 40 hours per week across a variety of shifts, weekends and evenings required
• Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager
• Passion for providing an excellent guest service, you will be someone who enjoys interacting with guests to ensure they are having a uniquely personal experience!
• Experience developing and coaching team members to make sure that they are performing at their best
• A personal license (highly beneficial, can be put through this if required)
• Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
