Job summary

Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester is seeking a Demi Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. You will support the kitchen across sections, ensuring high-quality dishes, beautiful presentation and timely service for guests.

Ideal candidates have Demi Chef De Partie experience or strong Commis Chef background in a 4/5* hotel or restaurant, and are eager to learn and grow within the Kimpton family. Must meet UK legal working requirements.

• Experience as a Demi Chef De Partie or strong Commis Chef ready for the next step in a 4/5* hotel or restaurant
• Willingness to learn across kitchen sections and work as part of a team
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality presentations and timely service

We are looking for an authentic and driven Demi Chef De Partie (Full-Time) to join us at Kimpton Clocktower Hotel! What do you need to be a Demi Chef De Partie? Well, your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting our Kitchen team to provide excellent experiences to our guests through delicious culinary experiences, beautiful presentation and timely service, while developing your skills across different sections of the kitchen.

So, We Are Looking For Someone Who Has…

• Availability to work 40 hours per week across 5 shifts
• Passion for providing excellent culinary experiences and experience working in various sections of the kitchen
• Experience working as a Demi Chef De Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready for the next step, within a 4/5* hotel or restaurant environment
• City & Guilds 706/1 or NVQ equivalent
• Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
• Drive to produce results – we work together within the Kimpton family to continue delivering extremely personal experiences and genuine human connection.
• A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service.
