Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester is seeking a Meetings and Events Coordinator to bring each event to life by connecting with clients, capturing details and turning enquiries into bookings. You will create accurate function sheets, collaborate with the Operations Team, and drive revenue through upselling and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Confidence understanding client needs and delivering standout service.

We are looking for an authentic and driven Meetings and Events Coordinator (Full-Time) to join us at Kimpton Clocktower Hotel!

What will your day look like as a Meetings and Events Coordinator?

• Bring each event to life by connecting with clients and capturing every important detail.
• Create an excellent first impression for guests and clients making enquiries or bookings, whether face to face or over the phone.
• Discover what each client needs and showcase how our hotel can make it happen.
• Respond to Meetings & Events enquiries promptly and in line with company standards.
• Turn enquiries into brilliant bookings by maximising sales, occupancy and revenue, including thoughtful upselling of equipment, food and beverage, and hotel facilities.
• Create accurate function sheets, share them each week and keep the Operations Team updated as plans evolve.
• Work closely with the team to achieve department goals, deliver against budget and create memorable experiences.

• Experience turning enquiries into sales through quick responses, smart upselling and great recommendations.
• Experience using Delphi or similar, creating accurate function sheets and keeping the Operations Team in the loop.
• Confidence working as part of a team to smash targets, prevent issues and resolve complaints with care.
