Job Description

Are you excited about hospitality service and guest engagement? Can you think outside the box? As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will lead your shift to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests, and support our Food and Beverage attendants to be their best.

What you will be doing:

1. Assist in leading, mentoring, and training the Food & Beverage team
2. Supervise and delegate duties to ensure smooth daily operations in our outlets
3. Ensure hotel and brand standards are maintained
4. Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
5. Ensure efficient, friendly, and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests
6. Encourage the team to upsell and encourage guest interaction
