At Fanhams hotel in Ware, we are looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to be responsible for leading the shift, supervising the front of house Food and Beverage team, and supporting the Food & Beverage Management team in the day-to-day running of the department, including the Bar, Lounge and Terrace, Restaurant, and Conference & Banqueting.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure a warm and welcoming experience for all guests
• Supervise the food and beverage team to deliver high standards
• Assist with stock ordering and control
• Evaluate, train, and improve guest experiences
• Support team welfare and motivation
• Attend team meetings for communication
• Manage cost of sales to maximize departmental profit
• Stay updated with industry trends and practices
• Encourage upselling and on-selling to increase revenue
• Liaise with sales about events and billing

The Ideal Candidate

Our successful F&B Supervisor will have:

• Experience in a Food and Beverage environment at a Chef de Rang/Head Waiter level
