Job summary

Seaham Hall is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join The Dining Room and Harvey’s Bar. You will lead on-floor service, support the Restaurant Manager, and work closely with Kitchen and F&B teams to uphold 5-star standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years’ hospitality experience, excellent customer service and strong attention to detail, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and Simphony EPOS. Own transport is preferred due to location.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality (restaurant and/or bar).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain 5-star service standards.
• Confidence using computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Simphony EPOS.
• Ability to interact professionally with management, colleagues and guests.
• Positive, team-focused attitude with ability to work independently.
• Own transport due to location.

Location:Seaham Hall, County Durham
Salary:£27,500 per annum (to be discussed at interview, dependent on experience)
Plus:Share of service charge (approximately £2,000 per year)
Hours:Full-time, 40+ hours per week (including weekends and bank holidays)

The Role

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Restaurant Manager and working closely with the Kitchen and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service and consistently high standards. You will lead by example on the floor, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable 5-star dining experience.
